Passport masks (PM1)
Passport masks are generally found in Nigeria and Cameroun. The masks were traditionally worn on a leather thong around the neck and used for identifying the tribes or areas from which migrant individuals originated. The masks are made from wood or clay. The clay masks are colored with vegetable and other dyes.
